Overview: Vintage Slingerland Mystery Drum 14x6

Description: This is a 1950's or 60' metal snare with parallel strainer. I call it the mystery drum because I know nothing about the manufacturer and found nothing on the Internet. The lugs and rims are from Slingerland or perfect stark copies. The parallel strainer is similar to the "Slingerland Clam-Shell Snare Strainer" The condition is used and has the corresponding signs of wear (inspect photos carefully). The sound is quite outstanding, powerful and assertive.
 
Condition: The drum is used and has no problems of any kind. It has some visible scratches and marks on the shell (inspect photos carefully). The drum is in perfect working condition and sounds surprisingly good given the price point. It is important to know that when you receive this drum it will be detuned completely. This is to protect the instrument during shipping. That being said it is important to tune the drum properly to get the best sounding instrument. The skins are probably still original, but in really good shape.
